Profile of Founder

Mr.Shek Kam Fai (1915-2013) native of Dongguan, Guangdong Province. He started to buy and sell property investments in 1949. He bought a floor shop with a loft in Shanghai street, Mong Kok, Kowloon, and then a 3-storey shop in Portland street, Mong Kok, Kowloon.

Starting from the 1960s, the "Shui Hing Mahjong Entertainment Company" was founded in the Portland Street in Mong Kok, Kowloon, which was purchased in the early years. It was the largest and most market value Mahjong house in Hong Kong that year. Since then, he also founded a number of Mahjong  houses such as Shui Chong, Shui Fung and Shing Hing. From then on, Mr Shek becomes the chairman of the Hong Kong Mahjong  Association.

Mr. Shek has continued to invest in real estate. He owns more 100 properties , including commercial premises and residential properties. He has always been a buyer's man, and the market value of his properties has risen to over HK$10 billion.
